This fully approved and entitled coastal development opportunity is located at 401–417 S. Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach. The approved plans call for a five-story mixed-use development featuring approximately 17,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial retail space, which can alternatively be converted into 12 additional residential units, bringing the total to 61 residential units. The project includes three additional floors of residential living space, with units that can be configured as either apartments or condominiums. Plans also feature a fifth-floor rooftop deck, two levels of subterranean parking accessed from Pearl Street with capacity for 129 spaces, and a range of common-area amenities, including a pool and office/flex space.
