The Captain Baker Francis House dates back to 1747 and was originally built by a merchant. This Pre-revolutionary gem has been transformed for its owner, a former design magazine editor-in-chief, and her lawyer husband into a sophisticated townhouse in the elegant historic district, within easy reach of the conveniences and activity of King Street and above Broad, blending classic Charleston charm, contemporary design, and magical outdoor living.
