Marion Square consists of 51 apartments and 1 retail suite at 77 Marion Street and 1405 Beacon Street. The main building is 77 Marion built in 2003, which is comprised of a four-story podium apartment community with elevator service, a roof deck and a three-level, underground parking garage. The 1405 Beacon building is a four-story walkup building built in 1910. The two buildings are on the same tax parcel.
